Dr Jim Cooper is an Emergency Medicine Consultant with 20 years of experience, 10 years in Royal Perth Hospital and 10 years in Fiona Stanley Hospital. He has maintained an active interest in teaching in roles as Director of Emergency Medicine Training and Supervisor of Simulation and on the floor clinical teaching and exam preparation.  He continues to support the Hyperbaric Unit as a Hyperbaric Consultant.

Dr Cooper serves as faculty on ALS2, APLS and on CTEC's Emergency Procedures Workshop. He also now co-convenes CTEC's Critical Care Procedures workshops with Dr Sue Sharpe.
